When in stock, items are dispatched within 24 hours. Due to the bulky nature of the majority of our stock, items are generally sent via couriers and require a signature on receipt.

Due to security restrictions BFPO 641 & 645 will not accept parcels over 2kg.

Returns Policy

Subject to your right to cancel the contract within 7 working days, we will only accept the return of items if they are faulty or have been sent to you in error. If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because of an error on our part we will be happy, where applicable, to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and provide you with a freepost address for return of the goods.

Your right to cancel, or the 'Cooling Off' period, is seven working days after the day on which the goods are received. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. If you decide to return the goods within these time limits, you are entitled to expect your money to be refunded within 30 days.

For your protection we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty or a substitution has been made. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of the order we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

What isn't covered by this Cooling Off period?

* Goods made to your personal requirements or specifications (i.e. posing wear)

* Sealed audio or video/dvd recordings that have been opened

* Newspapers, periodicals or magazines

Submitting an order: Your full name and billing address (as stated on your credit card) and full credit card details are necessary to process your payment for the order. If your delivery address is different to your billing address we will need that to deliver your items. We also ask for your telephone number in case we need to contact you with reference to your order. In some instances it may be necessary for us to provide the courier with your number if delivery is proving difficult. Finally, we ask for your e-mail address in order to send through a confirmation of your order. This e-mail contains the cancellation advice, returns policy details and a link to the couriers website in order for your to track your parcel

I'm Pasi Schalin and you probably have seen me on the covers of major fitness magazines, in TV commercials or during the two-year run of the TV show Roller Jam, where I played one of the featured star slaters ("The Schalin Machine" for California Quakes). Skating comes natural to me because from the age of 18 I made my living playing pro and semi-pro ice hockey in Finland (where I was born), Germany, Canada and the U.S. For many people ice hockey has gotten a bad reputation because it has become rather violent. In my experience, however, being captain of my hockey team for many years taught me a lot - like taking responsibility for one's life and how important it is to be a positive role model for others. The greatest satisfaction in my life is not just getting another TV or modeling job but in being able to help others reach their personal goals.
